Your Notice
Chiefs, [EVENT] begins at [EVENT TIME]. Get online early, hold your speedups and resources until the window opens, and watch chat for rally calls. Full participation means better rewards for everyone in [ALLIANCE].
Welcome New Members
Greet new recruits and point them at the first three things to do.
Welcome to [ALLIANCE]! Set your HQ inside our territory, join Alliance Help and donate to Alliance Tech daily. Auto-join rallies when you can. Questions go to [R4] or [R5] — never hesitate to ask. Glad to have you with us, Chief.
When to use: Send after each approval wave so newcomers know the basics immediately.
Alliance Rules
The core rules every member is expected to follow.
[ALLIANCE] rules: stay active daily, help alliance builds, donate to Alliance Tech, join rallies when called, respect our NAP list, no solo attacks without leadership approval. Break the NAP and you may be removed. Simple rules, strong alliance.
When to use: Pin this after any rules change or when new members join in bulk.
Activity Reminder
Nudge quiet members to log in and take part again.
Activity check, [ALLIANCE]. Please log in daily: Alliance Help, Tech donations and rally joins all count. If life is busy, message [R4] and we will hold your spot. Silent accounts get reviewed on [RESET TIME].
When to use: Send before a purge so members get a fair warning first.
Inactivity Warning
Final warning before an inactive member is removed.
Notice: accounts inactive for [DAYS] days will be removed from [ALLIANCE] at [RESET TIME]. This is not personal — slots are needed for active chiefs. Log in or message [R4] to keep your place. You are welcome back once you are active again.
When to use: Send as mail to the individual first, then post the summary.
Alliance Announcement
General purpose announcement shell for anything time-sensitive.
[ALLIANCE] announcement: [EVENT] at [EVENT TIME]. Read the details, prepare early and confirm in chat once you are ready. Questions to [R4]. Thanks for staying sharp, Chiefs.
When to use: Use as a blank frame when nothing else in the library fits.
Leadership Announcement
Formal message from R5 about direction, changes or decisions.
From [ALLIANCE] leadership: a change has been made to how we operate. [R5] and [R4] have reviewed it and it takes effect at [RESET TIME]. Read the full notice in alliance mail, then bring questions to leadership directly.
When to use: Keep the tone calm and final — this is the voice of the alliance.
Member Promotion
Announce a rank promotion and what the new officer handles.
Congratulations to [MEMBER], promoted to [RANK] in [ALLIANCE]. Earned through consistent activity, event support and helping other chiefs. Please take direction from [MEMBER] the same as any officer. Well deserved!
When to use: Say what the new officer is responsible for so members know who to ask.
Alliance Milestone
Celebrate power, ranking or tech milestones the alliance has hit.
Milestone reached! [ALLIANCE] just hit a new high in power and rankings. Every donation, rally and help tap got us here. Next target is set — keep growing, keep helping, and we will take it. Proud of this crew.
When to use: Pair the number with the next target so momentum keeps going.
Thank You / Recognition
Publicly recognise members who carried an event or helped others.
Shoutout from [ALLIANCE]: [MEMBER] went above and beyond during [EVENT] — rallies filled, help given, no drama. This is what a strong alliance looks like. Thank you, Chief. Everyone else, take notes.
When to use: Name specific people — generic thanks motivates nobody.
Recruitment
Open recruitment call for new members in state or world chat.
[ALLIANCE] is recruiting active chiefs. We run daily events, full tech donations, fast Alliance Help and organised rallies. Minimum [POWER REQUIREMENT] power or [PD REQUIREMENT]. Apply in game or message [R4]. Newer chiefs welcome in [ACADEMY].
When to use: Post in state chat and refresh it after each reset.
Academy Recruitment
Invite smaller or newer chiefs into the academy alliance.
[ACADEMY], the official academy of [ALLIANCE], is open to new and growing chiefs. Learn events, rallies and build order with real coaching, then move up to main when you are ready. No power minimum. Message [R4] to join.
When to use: Make clear the academy is a path up, not a dumping ground.
Academy Graduation / Promotion
Move an academy member up to the main alliance.
Congratulations [MEMBER] — graduating from [ACADEMY] to [ALLIANCE]. Earned by hitting [POWER REQUIREMENT] and staying active every day. Please move your HQ into main territory and read the pinned rules. Proof the path works.
When to use: Announce in both alliances so the academy sees the path is real.
Alliance Tech Donations
Remind members to donate daily and prioritise the recommended tech.
[ALLIANCE], donate to Alliance Tech daily. Prioritise the tech marked with the green thumbs-up — that is our current focus. Donations unlock buffs for every member and pay you back in personal rewards. Every contribution counts.
When to use: Repost whenever leadership switches the recommended tech.
Alliance Help Reminder
Push members to tap Alliance Help constantly for free speed.
[ALLIANCE], tap Alliance Help every time you log in. It is free speed for everyone, costs you nothing and takes seconds. Requests only work if people press the button — help others and yours get cleared too.
When to use: Great follow-up during any building or research event.
Territory Building
Coordinate building or upgrading alliance territory structures.
Territory work: we are building at [COORDINATES]. Send workers and use Alliance Help to speed it. Keep your HQ inside our borders so the territory stays connected. Do not start builds elsewhere without leadership approval.
When to use: Include coordinates so nobody builds in the wrong spot.
Resource Donations
Ask members to donate resources for a specific alliance goal.
[ALLIANCE] needs resource donations for [BUILDING]. Send what you can spare above your own build needs. Gathering nodes inside territory count too. We finish this together and everyone gets the buff.
When to use: Say exactly which resource is short so donations are useful.
Alliance Construction
Coordinate a construction push during a building event.
Construction push in [ALLIANCE] at [EVENT TIME]. Save speedups until then, queue your longest upgrade and finish it during the window for event points. Ask for Alliance Help before you burn speedups.
When to use: Line this up with a construction scoring event for double value.
Power Growth Reminder
Explain where real power growth comes from day to day.
Power growth tip, [ALLIANCE]: keep troop training running, never leave research idle and finish building queues before you sleep. Idle queues are lost power. Small daily gains beat one big push every week.
When to use: Useful when members compare power without doing the basics.
PD Level Progress
Set a PD level target and explain why it matters.
[ALLIANCE] PD target: reach [PD REQUIREMENT]. PD level gates troop tier, march size and event rewards, so it matters more than raw power. Post your current PD in chat so [R4] can help you plan the next step.
When to use: Pair with the current alliance PD requirement for new members.
Member Progress Check
Collect current stats from members for tracking.
Progress check, [ALLIANCE]. Please post your current power and PD level in alliance chat before [RESET TIME]. Leadership tracks growth to plan events and promotions — no judgement, just numbers. Takes ten seconds.
When to use: Run this weekly and log the numbers in the Member Progress Tracker.
Event Starting Soon
Heads-up before an event window opens.
Chiefs, [EVENT] begins at [EVENT TIME]. Get online early, hold your speedups and resources until the window opens, and watch chat for rally calls. Full participation means better rewards for everyone in [ALLIANCE].
When to use: Send roughly an hour out so members can get online.
Event at Reset
Remind members that scoring flips at server reset.
[EVENT] scoring changes at [RESET TIME]. Do not spend early — hold speedups, resources and hero EXP until the new day opens or the points are wasted. [ALLIANCE] scores best when we all spend in the same window.
When to use: Critical for multi-day events where each day scores differently.
Event Registration
Collect sign-ups for an event with limited slots.
[EVENT] registration is open. Reply in alliance chat with YES if you can be online at [EVENT TIME]. Slots are limited and [R4] fills the roster at [RESET TIME]. Only sign up if you can genuinely attend.
When to use: Set a hard deadline so leadership can fill the roster in time.
Rally Instructions
How to join rallies correctly during an event or war.
Rally rules for [ALLIANCE]: join the rally, never solo the target. Send your strongest squad and correct troop type. Do not start your own rally on [TARGET] without leadership approval. Fill fast — half-empty rallies fail.
When to use: Repost before every major rally night for newer members.
Auto-Join Rally Instructions
Set up auto-join so rallies fill even while offline.
Turn on auto-join rallies, [ALLIANCE]. It sends your troops automatically when leadership rallies, even while you sleep. Set your best squad, keep troops home and healed. This is how we fill rallies across time zones.
When to use: Perfect for alliances spread across time zones.
Event Strategy
Explain the plan and priorities for an upcoming event.
[EVENT] plan for [ALLIANCE]: focus points first, avoid pointless fights, and follow [R4] calls in chat. Hold [BUFF] until leadership says go. Three priorities, nothing else. Read chat before you act.
When to use: Keep the plan to three clear priorities members can remember.
Save Resources
Tell members to bank speedups and resources for a scoring window.
Save your resources, [ALLIANCE]. [EVENT] starts [EVENT TIME] — hold speedups, hero EXP, gear materials and resource packs until then. Spending early throws away free points. Bank now, cash in during the event.
When to use: Send several days before the event so people actually have a stockpile.
Event Participation Reminder
Chase turnout mid-event when scores are lagging.
[EVENT] is live and [ALLIANCE] needs more of you online. Even ten minutes of points helps our placement. Log in, do the scoring actions, join rallies. Every member counts — do not leave it to the same five chiefs.
When to use: Include the current standing to make it feel real.
Event Results / Congratulations
Close out an event with results and thanks.
[EVENT] is done and [ALLIANCE] placed well. Great turnout, clean rallies, no drama. Rewards are in your mail — claim them before they expire. Next up is at [EVENT TIME]. Rest up, then we go again.
When to use: Always name the standout performers and the next event date.
Territory Instructions
Where members should sit and how to hold territory.
[ALLIANCE] territory orders: teleport your HQ near [COORDINATES] and stay inside our borders. Cities outside territory lose buffs and get farmed. Move before [EVENT TIME] so we are grouped and defensible.
When to use: Always include coordinates and a deadline to move.
Building Capture
Coordinate an attack to capture a battlefield building.
Capture order: [ALLIANCE] takes [BUILDING] at [EVENT TIME]. Join the rally, do not solo it. Bring your strongest squad and heal before the call. Hold position after capture until leadership says otherwise.
When to use: Name the building and the exact go-time.
Building Defense
Rally reinforcements to hold a captured building.
Defense call: reinforce [BUILDING] at [COORDINATES] now. Send defensive troops and your best defense heroes. Keep healing between waves. Do not send troops out on gathering while the building is under threat.
When to use: Say who is defending and what troop type is needed.
Rally Target
Announce the confirmed rally target and launch time.
Rally target: [TARGET] at [COORDINATES]. Launch at [EVENT TIME]. Join the rally only — no solo hits, no other targets. Strongest squad, healed troops, correct troop type. Fill it fast, hit it once, hit it hard.
When to use: One target at a time — split rallies fail.
Do Not Attack
Protect a specific player, alliance or area from attacks.
DO NOT ATTACK [TARGET]. This includes tile hits, scouting and rallies. Anyone attacking without leadership approval may be removed from [ALLIANCE]. If you are unsure whether a target is safe, ask [R4] first.
When to use: State the consequence — this rule is the easiest to break by accident.
Shield Warning
Tell everyone to shield up before incoming aggression.
SHIELD UP NOW, [ALLIANCE]. Hostile activity confirmed near [COORDINATES]. Apply your shield, pull marches home, move resources into the warehouse. Do not sit unshielded overnight. Confirm in chat once you are protected.
When to use: Send the moment hostility is confirmed — minutes matter.
Scatter / Relocate
Order members to spread out or move away from a hot zone.
Scatter order: move your HQ away from [COORDINATES] now. Do not cluster while this is active — grouped cities are easy rally chains. Shield first, then teleport. [R4] will post the regroup point once it is safe.
When to use: Use when a stronger alliance is sweeping the area.
War Notice
Declare that the alliance is now at war and set the ground rules.
[ALLIANCE] is at war with [TARGET], effective [EVENT TIME]. Shield when offline, keep troops healed and home, join every rally called. No solo hits. Follow [R4] calls and report enemy movement in chat.
When to use: Pair with the shield and rally templates for a full war brief.
Ceasefire
Announce that hostilities have ended and attacks must stop.
Ceasefire with [TARGET] is in effect from [EVENT TIME]. All attacks stop now — no rallies, no tile hits, no revenge hits. Keep shields up while things settle. Any breach is on the individual, not [ALLIANCE].
When to use: Be explicit that revenge hits are also banned.
Territory Relocation
Move the whole alliance to a new territory area.
[ALLIANCE] is relocating to [COORDINATES]. Teleport your HQ during the window at [EVENT TIME] so we arrive together. Shield before you move. Do not settle outside the new border — ask [R4] if you need a teleport item.
When to use: Give a clear window so the alliance moves together.
NAP List
Publish the current list of alliances that must not be attacked.
[ALLIANCE] NAP list: [NAP ALLIANCES]. Do not attack, rally, scout or tile hit anyone on this list. If it is not on the list, still ask [R4] before attacking. Screenshot this and check before you march.
When to use: Repost every time the list changes — never assume people remember.
NAP Rules
Explain exactly what is and is not allowed under a NAP.
NAP rules for [ALLIANCE]: no attacks, no rallies, no scouting and no tile hits on [NAP ALLIANCES]. Tile hits count as a break. Gathering nodes are first come, first served — move on, do not fight over them.
When to use: Most NAP breaks are tile hits — call that out clearly.
NAP Update
Announce a change to the NAP list or terms.
NAP update, effective [EVENT TIME]: the list is now [NAP ALLIANCES]. Anything not listed is no longer protected, but still get approval from [R4] before attacking. Update your notes and check before you march.
When to use: Say clearly whether someone was added or removed.
Ally Notice
Explain a new alliance partnership and what it means in practice.
[ALLY] is now an official ally of [ALLIANCE]. Treat their members as our own: no attacks, help where you can, and support their rally calls when leadership approves. Coordinate through [R4], not in their chat.
When to use: Define whether reinforcing the ally is allowed.
Do Not Tile Hit
Stamp out the most common accidental NAP break.
No tile hits, [ALLIANCE]. Attacking a gathering march counts as a NAP break even if it was not on purpose. Check the alliance tag before you march on any node. If the node is taken, find another one.
When to use: Send after any tile-hit incident, before it escalates.
Diplomacy Reminder
Remind members that chat conduct is part of diplomacy.
Diplomacy reminder: how you talk in state chat reflects on [ALLIANCE]. No trash talk, no threats, no arguing with other alliances. Let [R5] handle disputes. Screenshot problems and send them to [R4] instead of replying.
When to use: Useful when state chat gets heated during events.
NAP Violation Warning
Respond internally after a member breaks a NAP.
A NAP violation occurred and leadership has apologised to the alliance involved. Attacking [NAP ALLIANCES] is not allowed for any reason. Next violation means removal from [ALLIANCE]. Check the list before every march.
When to use: Own the mistake publicly and be clear about consequences.
Report Violations to Leadership
Tell members how to report incoming NAP breaks correctly.
If a NAP alliance attacks you, do not retaliate. Screenshot the battle report with the attacker name and time and send it to [R4]. Leadership handles it chief to chief. Retaliating turns their mistake into our war.
When to use: Ask for screenshots with timestamps — leadership needs proof.
State-Wide Announcement
Message aimed at the whole state rather than just the alliance.
From [ALLIANCE] to the state: [EVENT] begins at [EVENT TIME]. We are holding to our NAP list and expect the same in return. Issues go to [R5] directly. Good luck to everyone taking part — see you on the map.
When to use: Keep it factual and neutral — the whole state is reading.
Ask Leadership for Help
Encourage members to ask questions instead of guessing.
Reminder from [ALLIANCE]: ask us anything. Build order, research, heroes, gear, events — [R4] and [R5] would rather answer a question than fix a mistake. No question is too basic. That is what leadership is here for.
When to use: Send monthly — quiet members often need permission to ask.
Beginner Reminder
The short list of things new chiefs should focus on first.
New chiefs in [ALLIANCE]: focus on your Chief's Office and PD level first, keep training and research running, and never leave a queue idle. Do not waste speedups outside events. Ask [R4] before any big upgrade.
When to use: Send alongside the welcome notice for brand new accounts.
Daily Tasks Reminder
The daily checklist every member should be clearing.
Daily checklist, [ALLIANCE]: Alliance Help, Tech donation, daily missions, VIP claim, gather resources, keep training and research running, join rallies. Ten minutes a day keeps you growing. Reset is [RESET TIME].
When to use: Great as a recurring post right after reset.
Growth Tips
Practical advice for members who feel stuck.
Feeling stuck, [ALLIANCE]? Check three things: is a queue idle, are you spending speedups outside events, and is your research going into troop stats? Fix those and growth restarts. [R4] will review your city on request.
When to use: Follow up individually with anyone who says they are stalled.
Resource Conservation
Teach members to protect resources from raids and waste.
Protect your resources, [ALLIANCE]. Keep them in the warehouse, spend the excess into upgrades before you log off, and never sit unshielded with a full stockpile. Raided resources fund the chief who hit you.
When to use: Send before any war or scatter order.
Formation Reminder
Remind members to set squads and formations before fights.
Check your formation, [ALLIANCE]. Set your strongest heroes, match troop types to the target, and heal before every rally. A bad formation weakens the whole rally, not just your march. Ask [R4] for a squad check.
When to use: Send before rally nights and arena resets.
Rally Etiquette
The unwritten rules of joining and leading rallies.
Rally etiquette, [ALLIANCE]: join fast, send full strength, do not start competing rallies, and never cancel at the last second. Heal and report after. Rallies work on trust — be the chief others can count on.
When to use: Pair with Rally Instructions for newer alliances.
