Alliance Leadership
The R4/R5 command center — roles, member controls, tech, territory, markers, polls, Sheriff rewards, alliance levels and the leadership checklist.
Alliance Leadership
Run the crew. Grow the territory. Keep the chaos organized.
Being R4 or R5 is more than having a shiny rank beside your name. Leadership controls recruitment, ranks, territory, tech priorities, polls, markers, rallies, and a lot of the systems that keep an alliance moving. This guide breaks the tools down so your leadership team spends less time asking "where is that button?" and more time actually running the alliance.

The Golden Rule
A strong alliance isn't built by one R5 doing everything. Delegate. R4 exists for a reason.

- Which HQs and flags are active and where the border actually sits
- Whether Alliance Resource Points are inside the territory
- Gaps where members are sitting outside the buff zone
- Space reserved for future expansion instead of decorative flag art

Good R4?
Most boxes checked? Congratulations. You may have found an Officer.

Leader tip
Territory & Alliance Resources
Alliance territory is created and expanded through Alliance structures such as HQs and Flags. Chiefs inside active Alliance Territory can receive the corresponding territory bonuses, and only appropriate leadership ranks can place Alliance buildings.
- Step 1
Alliance HQ
The anchor. Territory starts here.
- Step 2
Flags
Placed by leadership to extend the border outward.
- Step 3
Expand territory
Each structure grows the active alliance area.
- Step 4
Cover key locations
Resource points, facilities, prisons, routes.
- Step 5
Territory benefits
Chiefs inside active territory receive the applicable territory bonuses.
Alliance Resource Points
Build Alliance Flags so Alliance Resource Points fall inside active Alliance Territory. Once they're inside, those points continuously produce Alliance Resources.
Outside territory
Not controlled. Producing nothing for you.
Flag expands border
Leadership places a flag that reaches the point.
Inside territory
Producing Alliance Resources continuously.

- 2Tap New MarkerThe location panel shows the marker button alongside Build and Teleport.
- 3Direct the allianceMembers can see the marker and head to the same place.

- Rally here
- Teleport here
- Build here
- Target this facility
- Avoid this area
- Event location
Leader tip
Stop arguing in chat. Make a poll.
Poll first. Argue later.
How polls work
- R4 or higher can start or stop Alliance Polls.
- Up to 3 polls can be active at the same time.
- Starting a poll automatically posts a notification in Alliance Chat.
- Alliance members can participate while the poll is in progress.
- When a poll ends, the results are sent automatically by Alliance Mail.
- Past polls stay viewable under Concluded.
- Results are for record-keeping and decision support — they don't change game features or event outcomes.
Good things to poll
- Vault Trap times
- Event schedules
- Facility priorities
- Preferred rally times
- Leadership decisions that affect everyone
Tip: give polls enough time for different time zones to vote. Your night crew exists.
Active polls members can still vote in. Up to 3 can run at once, and starting one drops a notification straight into Alliance Chat.
Educational mock poll — not a real alliance poll

Sheriff Points & Activity Rewards
- Alliance Sheriff Points are the combined Sheriff Points earned by alliance members.
- Members earn Sheriff Points by claiming Intel Case rewards and opening the top two tiers of Daily Task Chests.
- When a member earns Sheriff Points, the same amount is added to the alliance total.
- Joining or leaving an alliance raises or lowers that alliance's weekly Sheriff Point total accordingly.
Daily target
800 Points
Once a member earns 800 Sheriff Points in a day, they can open the Daily Sheriff Chest from the Alliance menu.
Max shown reward: 100,000 Alliance Coins
Weekly Sheriff rewards
- Every Monday at 00:00, alliances with at least 30 members distribute Weekly Sheriff Chests based on Alliance Sheriff Points.
- Rewards are paid in Alliance Coins.

Alliance Benefits & Rules
Think before you leave
Some alliance activities distribute rewards at specific times. Leave before distribution and you may lose eligibility. Some activities also require registration, alliance membership during matchmaking, and alliance membership when the event begins — leaving after registration can invalidate your participation.
