Alliance Management
Build together. Grow together. Cause organized chaos together.
An Alliance is much more than a tag beside your name. It gives you teammates, assistance, Alliance Tech, territory, facilities, buffs, rewards, events, an Alliance Store, rankings, and plenty of reasons to yell “HELP BUTTON!” in chat.
This guide breaks down the everyday Alliance systems every Chief should understand — whether you just joined your first Alliance or you are trying to figure out where all those Alliance Coins keep coming from.

Territory Planning Tip
Facilities = Free Alliance-Wide Buffs
Control a facility, the whole Alliance gets the buff. There are rules though.
Rule 1 — Territory Connection
An Alliance can only contest Facilities that border its territory. Plan HQ and Flag placement around the facilities you actually want.
Facility Available
Facility Combat
- Some Officers can be injured or killed while contesting Facilities.
- Higher-level facilities result in more casualties.
- The casualty rate can be viewed in the Facility Building Rules.
- Injured Officers must be healed at the Hospital.
Before Contesting a Facility
- Territory touches the facility
- Rally/attack plan is ready
- Hospital capacity is available
- Alliance members know the target
- Facility buff is actually useful
Important — Buff Stacking
Occupying different types of Facilities can grant different buffs. However, facility buffs of the same type and level do NOT stack.

Event Buildings
Vault Trap 1 · Vault Trap 2
Vault Trap is an Alliance event building used for the Vault Trap Operation. The in-game description states that the Alliance challenges the Master of Heists for 30 minutes to obtain Hero equipment upgrade materials. More damage means better rewards, and members rally together to fight.

Common Alliance Mistakes
Zarael & Awkie's Chief Notes
The strongest Alliance is not necessarily the Alliance with one giant account carrying everyone else. Healthy Alliances have members consistently:
- helping
- donating
- joining rallies
- participating in events
- building territory intelligently
- securing useful facilities
- communicating
One Chief can be powerful. Fifty organized Chiefs are a problem.
