Biker Academy
The Biker Academy is where Bikers are trained for your squads. As the Academy is upgraded, it unlocks more powerful Biker tiers while improving how many Bikers can be trained and how quickly their training is completed.
Upgrading the Biker Academy also increases its building Power, making it an important part of troop development and the overall growth of your Police Department.
