Command Center
The Command Center manages rallies and troop deployments from the Police Department.
Upgrading the Command Center increases its base Rally Capacity and Deployment Capacity. Rally Capacity determines the confirmed capacity available for rallies, while Deployment Capacity determines the confirmed capacity available for deployments.
Each upgrade also adds building Power. The supplied screenshots confirm the Command Center’s complete progression from Level 1 through Level 30.
