The Monument — a stone obelisk on a tiered plaza in the city centre
Police Department Building

Monument

The Monument records major achievements accomplished by Chiefs and alliances throughout the State. Its Milestone system tracks individual, alliance, and Statewide progress across Police Department development, hero and officer growth, criminal arrests, Crime Boss victories, alliance expansion, and control of major objectives.

Completing milestones grants rewards, and certain achievements can unlock special characters, buildings, appearances, or other rewards shown by the game. Some milestones are completed through the combined progress of the entire State, while others depend on a single Chief or alliance.

How Milestones Work

Monument Milestones track major achievements completed by individual Chiefs, alliances, or the entire State. Each milestone lists a specific objective and required target. Progress may depend on personal development, combined State activity, alliance growth, Crime Boss victories, territory objectives, or other confirmed achievements.

When a milestone’s requirement is completed, its listed rewards become available according to the game’s milestone system.
