The Police Cell is your city’s Cash production room, where suspects are detained inside Cells to generate Cash over time.
Cells handle the main production, while Security Cameras and Alarms act as supporting facilities that provide additional attribute buffs to the Cells. Upgrading the Police Cell increases Cash production and increases the building’s overall Power.
As the room develops, upgrading its Cells and supporting facilities helps strengthen its Cash-producing setup.
