How Capital War Works

Step 1
Capture the Capitol
The State Capitol is the central structure being contested.

Battle Rules & Timeline
T–2 Hours
PDs inside the Forbidden Zone are forcibly and randomly teleported away.
T–1 Hour
Eligible Chiefs may begin teleporting into the Forbidden Zone.
During Battle
Shields are disabled. Fight for the Capitol and Cannons, deploy one squad at a time, and heal regularly.
Instant Win
A three-hour uninterrupted Capitol occupation ends the battle early.
Six-Hour Mark
If nobody completes the continuous hold, the longest total Capitol occupation wins.
After Victory
The winning Alliance Leader has ten hours to appoint the Governor.
Chief’s Office Level 16 or higher is required.

- Only one squad per Chief may contend at a time.

War Room Strategy
- Clear hospital space.
- Stock healing resources and speedups.
- Prepare your strongest battle squad.
- Assign rally leaders, Capitol teams, Cannon teams, reinforcers, and healers.
- Avoid entering the Forbidden Zone too early because shields cannot be used there.
- Confirm the alliance’s target Cannon and Capitol rotation.
