Dual Scarlett is a combat-focused SSR Biker built around burst damage and squad-wide offense. Her Patrol skills deliver AOE burst, single-target damage and an Attack Speed surge at low Health, while her Deploy skills add damage reduction, bonus Damage chance and Penetration for all Officers.

Scarlett is a front-line damage dealer: Assassin Shot delivers up to 252% AOE damage with a 1.5s stun, Vanishing Shot adds up to 210% single-target burst, and Speed Demon turns low Health into a 60% Attack Speed surge. Her Deploy kit also lifts the whole squad — a 40% chance to halve incoming Damage, a 50% chance for up to 50% bonus Damage, and up to 25% Penetration.
